Yuchai Truck Engines Saw the Third Consecutive Year-on-year Increase

It is learned that in 2018, Yuchai’s truck engine sales continued to go up and achieved the third consecutive year-on-year growth. The data showed that, YC4S、YC4E、YC4EG、YC6JA and YC6K have achieved a significant growth and YC4FA、YC4S、YC4E and YC6JA are among the best performancing engine models with an annual sales volume of over 25,000 units, laying a further foundation for its sustainable development and products transformation and upgrading.

In 2018, there are seven truck makers who ordered over 10,000 units of Yuchai engines for their trucks. More and more truck makers tend to install their trucks with Yuchai engines than before. For example, Dongfeng, SHACMAN, Dongfeng Special Bottom division and Dongfeng Huashen became new customers for YC6MK engine this year. Dongfeng Special Bottom division and SHACMAN are two more truck makers that have chose YC6K12 as their truck engines.

YC6K-50’s outstanding performance has drawn the industry’s attention to new National VI engines including Yuchai K series. The new National VI engines including Yuchai K series will continue to contribute to the battle for blue skies due to its advantages in reliability, comfort and fashionable appearance.
