Yuchai Exported 13L Heavy-duty Engines to Vietnam
Recently, Yuchai officially shipped a batch of 13 L YC6K13 heavy-duty engines to its customers in Vietnam. The engine, delivering large horse power, high torques and high fuel economy, has fully demonstrated its competitiveness in the Southeast Asian market. As one of the fist products of Yuchai, YC6K series heavy-duty engines achieve a B10 life expectancy of over 1.6 million km. From January to November this year, their sales in the domestic market jumped by nearly 200%.
Currently, Yuchai engines have already made a solid presence in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, etc. They are playing a vital role in the mining industry, tourist transportation, construction and logistic services, etc.
Recent statistics show that the number of Yuchai engines in Southeast Asia has exceeded 200,000 units, accounting for 55% of the company’s sales in the overseas markets.
