IAA Transportation 2024: SINOTRUK to Display 7 Trucks
From September 17 to 22, 2024, SINOTRUK will showcase its latest advancements in heavy-duty trucks at the Hannover, featuring cutting-edge electrified and hydrogen-fueled models. The highlight of their exhibition will be the upgraded Huanghe X7, a record-breaking hydrogen truck that set the Guinness World Record in 2023 for the longest distance traveled on a single tank—4,871.18 kilometers.
"This new Huanghe X7 represents the pinnacle of aerodynamic efficiency," says a SINOTRUK spokesperson. "It integrates a streamlined design with an active grille that automatically closes at high speeds to reduce drag, achieving remarkable wind resistance results."
The upgraded Huanghe X7 will be displayed as a combined tractor-trailer unit. Its design includes a streamlined front, a narrow gap between the tractor and trailer, and a rear optimized to minimize negative pressure areas. This setup ensures the best possible aerodynamic performance.
SINOTRUK's display will also include other revolutionary models:
SITRAK C9H Hydrogen Trucks
SINOTRUK’s theme at the Messe is “Zero to Hero,” highlighting the company’s commitment to advancing hydrogen energy. The SITRAK C9H hydrogen fuel cell tractor boasts a range of 1,200 kilometers with zero carbon emissions. Additionally, the SITRAK C9H hydrogen internal combustion truck features a high-roof cabin and can deliver up to 1,475 horsepower with a range of approximately 1,250 kilometers, showcasing SINOTRUK’s dedication to long-distance green transport.
SITRAK Pure Electric Tractor
The SITRAK pure electric tractor is designed to excel in both performance and efficiency. With a high-roof cabin providing 2 meters of interior height, the truck ensures a spacious and comfortable driving experience. It features an electric drive system with 825 kW peak power, a 600 kWh battery offering about 450 kilometers of range, and fast-charging capabilities that allow an 80% charge in just 20 minutes.
Tongshuai PRO Pure Electric Light Truck
The Tongshuai PRO pure electric light truck is designed for urban delivery with a focus on low operating costs and high performance. It includes a Weichai six-in-one controller for advanced integration and smart features.
