XCMG Hydrogen Fuel Cell Tractor Unveiled at China Hydrogen Industry Conference
The 2024 China Hydrogen Industry Conference recently concluded successfully in Foshan, Guangdong. The event, themed "Hydrogen Energy: The Future of Global Green Transformation," attracted over 360 exhibitors and brought together leading experts and industry leaders from the hydrogen energy field to discuss its potential and future role in the global green transition.
On the first day of the conference, XCMG's XG2 EH520S hydrogen fuel cell tractor truck made a stunning debut. With its impressive design and powerful performance, it captured the attention of many visitors. The truck features advanced technology and design, showcasing XCMG's leadership in intelligent, high-end, and green transportation equipment. It drew numerous customer inquiries, and major media outlets, including CCTV, conducted live interviews.
The XG2 EH520S uses hydrogen as fuel and is powered by a high-performance fuel cell system. The truck adopts a zero-emission, efficient, safe, intelligent, and environmentally-friendly technology concept. It is equipped with XCMG's self-developed vehicle control system and a 200kW high-power fuel cell. The system optimizes energy management to maximize economic benefits. The truck also features six 410L hydrogen tanks, giving it a longer range and providing users with a more efficient, energy-saving transport experience.

As a leader in the new energy commercial vehicle sector, XCMG has been actively supporting the "dual carbon" goals. The company focuses on meeting specific transportation needs and has made significant investments in hydrogen energy, developing a range of hydrogen-powered products, including tractor trucks and dump trucks. These vehicles, with strong performance, long range, and low hydrogen consumption, are designed to meet a range of operational needs and accelerate the transition to sustainable, low-carbon development.
Under the vision of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, XCMG continues to expand its product range, enhance its R&D capabilities, and offer competitive solutions. The company is committed to advancing the hydrogen energy market, contributing to global energy conservation, emissions reduction, and green transformation.
