Sinotruk Delivers First Trucks to YiMi Cargo in the Philippines
MANILA, Philippines (chinatrucks.org) — Chinese commercial vehicle manufacturer Sinotruk delivered its first batch of logistics trucks to YiMi Cargo in the Philippines on July 24, marking the start of a new international partnership between the two companies.

A handover ceremony was held in Manila, where the trucks were officially presented. The delivery was completed on schedule despite recent extreme weather conditions in the Philippines, including heatwaves, typhoons and heavy rainfall.
To support the rollout, Sinotruk organized an operational training session for YiMi Cargo’s local drivers and maintenance staff. The training took place in the early hours of July 25, from midnight to 2 a.m., a time chosen to accommodate the client’s schedule. Topics included vehicle operation, maintenance procedures and driving techniques.
YiMi Cargo representatives expressed appreciation for the timely delivery and technical support. Company officials said the initiative lays a foundation for long-term cooperation and ensures stable performance of the vehicles in the field.
Sinotruk said its local team will continue to work closely with partners in the Philippines and looks to expand its presence in the Southeast Asian market.
