SINOTRUK Strengthens Customer Support in Peru
SINOTRUK's Peru Training Center recently organized a technical training program for pickup vehicles and conducted customer visits across the local market, further strengthening its after-sales service capabilities and supporting the company's localization strategy in Peru.

The training program was designed around local road conditions, transportation scenarios, and customer operating requirements. Key topics included vehicle structure, powertrain maintenance, fault diagnosis, routine servicing, and repair procedures. Combining classroom instruction with hands-on practice, the program helped participants improve their technical knowledge and service skills.
Throughout the training, attendees actively exchanged ideas on technical challenges and after-sales service solutions. All participants successfully completed the training assessment.

Following the training sessions, the SINOTRUK Peru team visited key dealers and major customers to gain a deeper understanding of vehicle performance in daily operations. Discussions focused on vehicle usage, road adaptability, and customer expectations in the local market.
During the visits, the team collected user feedback and provided on-site support for minor vehicle issues, receiving positive responses from customers. Local partners also expressed confidence in the quality of SINOTRUK pickup vehicles and the company's after-sales service capabilities, while showing strong interest in expanding future cooperation.

The training and customer outreach activities form part of SINOTRUK's ongoing efforts to strengthen its service network in Peru and across South America. By enhancing technical support, improving service responsiveness, and maintaining close communication with customers, the company continues to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen its presence in overseas markets.
Looking ahead, the SINOTRUK Peru Training Center will continue to provide regular technical training and customer support programs, helping deliver more efficient and professional services while supporting the company's long-term growth in the South American market.
