ZHIZI Motors Unveils Hydrogen and E- Trucks at the 3rd Western Hydrogen Expo
From September 13 to 15, 2025, the 3rd Western Hydrogen Energy Expo took place at the Yulin Convention Center. Proton Motors, a leading player in Xi’an’s hydrogen industry, showcased its flagship hydrogen and electric vehicles, highlighting collaboration and innovation across the local hydrogen sector.

The exhibits included the Dijang Ta 6×4 hydrogen fuel cell tractor and the Chilun Re 8×4 pure electric dump truck. Both vehicles stand out with sleek, modern designs, intuitive user interfaces, and a dual-platform intelligent management system, attracting significant interest from logistics and energy companies.

The Dijang Ta 6×4 features a 262kWh high-capacity battery, Proton’s proprietary fuel cell engine, and a high-power electric drive system. With an efficient motor, low-resistance tires, and smart energy and thermal management, it reduces overall energy consumption by 5%-11%, helping operators cut costs.

The Chilun Re 8×4 dump truck is equipped with a 400kWh battery, a five-in-one controller, and a 550kW (750hp) motor. It earned the “31-Ton Dump Truck Power Gold Award” at the 2025 National New Energy Commercial Vehicle Performance Competition and is ideal for construction, roadwork, and mining operations.
Proton Motors will continue advancing hydrogen commercial vehicle technology, upgrading its product lineup, and leading the industry through partnerships, contributing to a sustainable hydrogen transport ecosystem.
