JAC Motors Delivers Sunray Logistics Vehicles to DHL Mexico
JAC Motors has completed the delivery of Sunray logistics vehicles to DHL Mexico at a ceremony held in Mexico City, marking a new milestone in the cooperation between the two companies. The event was attended by DHL Mexico’s chief executive and witnessed by representatives from leading local automotive media.

According to DHL Mexico, the Sunray vehicles have passed a series of strict performance and quality evaluations conducted nationwide by the company. The vehicles demonstrated strong reliability and adaptability across different operating conditions, meeting DHL’s requirements for daily logistics operations.

Cooperation between JAC Motors and DHL began in 2021, initially through the introduction of the electric version of the Sunray. In 2023, the two sides expanded their cooperation to include testing and evaluation of the fuel-powered Sunray. In 2024, the model underwent six months of intensive trial operations in real logistics environments in Mexico, covering a wide range of road and usage conditions, and delivered stable performance during testing.

In 2025, Mexico implemented a full upgrade to Euro VI emission standards. Building on earlier testing results, JAC Motors carried out targeted product adaptations to comply with the new regulations. The company also deployed engineering teams to the local market to conduct several months of end-user testing in real operating scenarios in close cooperation with DHL. Supported by consistent product performance and responsive after-sales service, JAC Motors secured DHL’s first batch order.

The latest delivery represents an important step for both companies in the Mexican market and lays the groundwork for a longer-term strategic partnership. It also further strengthens JAC Motors’ presence and recognition in the global commercial vehicle sector.

Going forward, JAC Motors and DHL Mexico plan to continue working together, with a focus on vehicle intelligence, operational efficiency, and low-carbon logistics. The two companies aim to jointly explore more efficient and sustainable logistics solutions to support the development of greener and smarter logistics operations worldwide.
