World Vehicle Giants Crowded to Root In China

　　Since the beginning of this year, Chinese automobile industry has continued to create a booming time for vehicle sales, of which commercial vehicles are the mainstream. In the first five months of this year, sales amount of commercial vehicle has been up 24.4% compared with same period of last year. World commercial vehicle giants are attracted by the excellent situation of Chinese vehicle industry so they crowded to cooperate with Chinese vehicle companies.

　 　It is started from Jan that Daimler Chrysler started cooperation with Foton and Volvo started cooperation with Dongfeng Motor. After June, Germany MAN set up a group center in Beijing; Italian Iveco set up a new joint venture with Hongyan Commercial Vehicle Company and Shanghai Automobile Cooperation Group and Iveco is considered to be the first international giant who has completed its arrangement strategy in China. Experts said all these phenomena reveal that China has ended the history of being just a vehicle sales market and has come to the age of being the production base of world commercial vehicles.
