ZF to purchase Chongqing Qijiang Gear Works

(chinatrucks.com, June 12, 2010) Haerter, the global CEO of ZF certified the information about purchase of Chongqing Qijiang Gear Transmission Works.
Haerter said, the above mentioned transaction is under business negotiation, and the transaction sum details could not be disclosed by now.
ZF is the global first auto transmission parts and components manufacture, and the transmission aims at large commercial vehicle area. Sales revenue in 2009 is 9371 million Euros. Qijiang Gear Works once was the domestic largest gear manufacturer.
