Arrow Truck Launches Comprehensive Warranty Program
www.chinatrucks.com: Arrow Truck Sales has announced the launch of a new warranty program, called ConfidencePLUS Comprehensive Coverage Program.
The 90-Day / 25,000 mile comprehensive warranty program is available on 2005 or newer class 8 and medium-duty trucks, and offers coverage on the truck’s major components, including the engine, transmission, rear ends, as well as the injectors and fuel pump.
On 2008 model year and newer trucks, the warranty will also cover turbochargers, radiator, and ECM module.
There are cumulative claims up to $10,000 during warranty period, and there are no deductibles.
"We’re extremely proud to offer this industry-leading warranty on the equipment we sell to our customers,” said Steve Clough, president of Arrow Truck Sales.
"In all my years in the pre-owned truck sale industry, I’ve never seen a program like this," explained Ken Kosic, director of operations at Arrow Truck Sales. "You won’t find this much coverage on 2005 and newer model year trucks.
"It’s unprecedented and raises the bar on standard warranty programs."
