MAN Takes Step in Its Strategy in Mongolia
www.chinatrucks.com. The signing ceremony between MAN Truck & Bus (hereafter referred to as MAN) and Mongolia NOMINHolding (hereafter referred to as Nomin) was held on Nov. 6, 2012. As the first light truck dealer, Nomin held confidence for the prospect of MAN in the Mongolian market. Workshops would be set up after the ceremony. MAN would establish the first exhibition hall in the capital of Mongolia, Ulan Bator to officially enter the operation.

The Mongolian market, which is under the charge of MAN (China), is on the rapid rise these years and the demands for high-end truck are growing year after year. With low fuel consumption, excellent carrying capacity and stability are always being recognized in the Mongolian market. Dong Chenrui, president of MAN (China) said that the company has long been paying efforts to the Mongolian market and the market is on the way to maturity. MAN (China) has decided to conduct strategy for the developing stage in the market.
Nomin was established in 1992 and through years of development, the company has become influential in vehicle, logistics and other sectors. Nomin has always been dedicating to creative and efficient solutions. The cooperation between the two parties was reached on the basis of joint objective and mutual trust. Momin will take full charge of trucks and parts of MAN (China) in Mongolia and provide strong services. Meanwhile, supports and business policies will be offered by MAN (China) to Nomin.
The headquarter of MAN is located in Munich, Germany. The company is a worldly leading commercial vehicle manufacturer and transport solution supplier. In the 2011 fiscal year, MAN sold a total number of 155,520 vehicles and chassis, reaching outstanding sales of € 12.6 billion with the profit of € 565 million.
