MAN Launches Diesel Engines of China IV Standards
www.chinatrucks.com : Man of Germany is a world leading commercial vehicle provider with a series of clean and environment-friendly engines that suits the standards ranging from EURO III to EURO IV. The company has always been putting a lot of attentions to the development of engines.
In China, as the concerns for environment grows, so does the emission standards for vehicles. And China IV is the latest to be revealed by the authority. Man has two engines that suits the new regulation with the first one being D20 and D26, which adopts the SCR technologies; the second product would be D08 which does not need to install after system to suit the China IV standards.
As we all know, Man engines are able to meet the strict standards of European markets. in China, Man does not only meet the standards of China IV, but also, they made some changes to the existing products to better meet requirements of Chinese customers.
The D20 and D26 series of engines was put into market in China two years ago, which is now totally adopted in the local market, and have won satisfactions from Chinese customers.
The D08 series of engines, being simple in structure, requires less attention in daily use and is easy to maintain. Also, it works with diesels of low quality.
