Tan Xuguang: Sinotruk Aims to Build a World-Class High-End Brand in Vietnam
To ensure high-quality export performance of the group's products in the second quarter, Tan Xuguang presided over a seminar on the morning of April 6th, focusing on Sinotruk's market channels and customer relations in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The seminar was oriented around problem-solving, benchmarking against top-tier standards, and value enhancement. It facilitated a comprehensive and in-depth exchange on the current development and future trends of the heavy truck market in Vietnam, as well as issues and cooperative suggestions regarding products, services, and parts from Sinotruk.

Tan Xuguang stated:
Sinotruk has already captured a significant share of the heavy truck market in Vietnam. It is essential to work efficiently and synergistically with channel partners, to continue cultivating the market, and to join hands in creating a competitive advantage that encompasses "Products + Services + Parts + Brand". This approach aims to substantially increase brand influence and market share, jointly be responsible to customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and help customers to be more profitable, thereby leading the Vietnamese market towards the high-end segment.

Strategic channel partners in the Vietnamese market for Sinotruk exchanged views during the seminar.
In the afternoon of the same day, Tan Xuguang led a team to conduct a field inspection and research at the Ho Chi Minh 4S store of Vietnam Machinery Investment and Development Company, a partner of Sinotruk. He engaged in face-to-face discussions with frontline marketing and service personnel to gain a deeper understanding of whole vehicle sales, competitive benchmarking, product quality, service assurance, and parts inventory.

Relevant business heads from Sinotruk and Weichai Power participated in the discussions and research.
