IAA 2024: SINOTRUK Unveils Yellow River X7 Hydrogen Internal Combustion Tractor
At the IAA Transportation 2024, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (CNHTC) officially launched the Yellow River X7 hydrogen internal combustion trator, highlighting its leading position in the clean energy commercial vehicle market. The vehicle boasts an impressive drag coefficient of just 0.286, significantly improving fuel efficiency.
The Yellow River X7 features an active intake grille and a streamlined droplet-shaped front, which reduce drag and lower energy consumption by up to 15%. It is powered by the Weichai WP15-H2-ICE hydrogen internal combustion engine, delivering 395 kW (about 530HP) of power and a range of 800 kilometers. The vehicle uses high-pressure carbon fiber hydrogen tanks, greatly enhancing hydrogen storage capacity.

In addition, the Yellow River X7 excels in smart technology and comfort, equipped with AI voice interaction, a 360-degree surround camera, and adjustable seating for a better driving experience. Overall, its outstanding specifications showcase SINOTRUK's innovation in the commercial vehicle sector.
