SuperPanther Launches Overseas Skateboard System Manufacturing Base
[Yulin, China – March 28, 2025] – SuperPanther has officially launched its overseas skateboard system intelligent manufacturing base in Yuyang Industrial Park, Yulin, Shaanxi. The event was attended by government officials from Yulin and Yuyang District, UAE Consul General in Shanghai Mohannad Naqbi, Academician Mao Ming from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, SuperPanther Chairman and CEO Liu Chao, as well as industry experts and partners. This marks a significant step in China’s push to globalize its new energy heavy-duty truck industry.

Accelerating Global Expansion for a Greener Future
With a total investment of 350 million RMB and covering an area of 36.31 acres, the new manufacturing base is set to begin operations by the end of 2025. It will integrate SuperPanther ’s proprietary skateboard chassis, ultra-low temperature heat pump, and e-axle system, with an annual capacity of 10,000 core modules. This facility will provide localized support for markets in Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.
Academician Mao Ming highlighted that SuperPanther ’s 800V high-voltage domain control system has broken through Western patent barriers, while its skateboard chassis technology has exceeded global industry standards. This signals a shift in China’s new energy heavy-duty truck sector from a “follower” to a global leader.

A representative from the Yuyang District government emphasized that this project is a key step in Yulin’s green and low-carbon transformation and offers a “China solution” for the global new energy heavy-duty truck industry.
Four Core Technologies Driving Industry Upgrades
SuperPanther continues to push innovation in new energy heavy-duty trucks with four core technologies:
Intelligent energy flow management – optimizing energy consumption for greater efficiency
Distributed and centralized e-axle systems – enhancing power output and performance
Near-900V high-voltage architecture – enabling faster charging and extended range
Ultra-wide temperature thermal management – ensuring stable operation in extreme climates
These technologies have gained global recognition, earning SuperPanther the “World-Class Innovation” award at the IAA Transportation Expo. Notably, its high-voltage silicon carbide motor controller achieves an efficiency of 99.3%, while its ultra-low temperature heat pump remains reliable even at -30°C, ensuring optimal performance in harsh environments.
Partnering with Europe to Build a Green Logistics Ecosystem

SuperPanther is collaborating with Austria-based Steyr Automotive to develop its first model, the eTopas600, which is now in the prototype phase. Equipped with SuperPanther ’s core systems, CATL lithium iron phosphate batteries, and megawatt-level fast charging technology, the truck is set for delivery to the European market by the end of 2025. Additionally, SuperPanther has formed strategic partnerships with leading European logistics companies and retailers to provide customized electric heavy-duty trucks, supporting fleet electrification and sustainability.
From Yulin to the World
SuperPanther Chairman and CEO Liu Chao stated that Yulin’s abundant resources and strong industrial policies provide a solid foundation for the company’s global expansion. Moving forward, SuperPanther will leverage its new manufacturing base to deepen collaborations in Europe and worldwide, helping set new global standards for new energy heavy-duty trucks.

With the completion of this facility, SuperPanther ’s global strategy will accelerate, representing both a milestone for China’s new energy truck industry and Yulin’s transformation from an "energy capital" to an "innovation hub." SuperPanther remains committed to advancing new energy technologies globally, contributing to a more sustainable and carbon-neutral future.
