LANDKING Unveils New Lineup of NECVs at Global Partners’ Conference
Under the theme “Tech Empowered Future Equipped,” Shandong Heavy Industry Group and WEICHAI Power held their Global Partners’ Conference on October 18, 2025 at the Hongdao International Convention and Exhibition Center in Qingdao China. The event brought together partners from more than 140 countries and featured nearly 300 new products from across the Group’s business divisions, underscoring its latest achievements in new energy and intelligent manufacturing. As the Group’s core force in new energy, WEICHAI New Energy Commercial Vehicle (WEICHAI NECV) introduced its global brand LANDKING, showcasing a full range of next-generation commercial vehicles and reaffirming its commitment to a greener, smarter future.

LANDKING’s exhibition covered a complete lineup — including mini, light-, and medium-duty trucks, dump and special-purpose vehicles, and vans — highlighting its comprehensive capabilities across multiple transport scenarios. At the conference, three new models made their global debut: the LANDKING X7, LANDKING X1, and LANDKING VAN, each designed to meet diverse demands in global markets with enhanced technology, efficiency, and performance.
The LANDKING X7 comes with a 2,120mm super-wide cab and a flat floor design, offering exceptional comfort and space for drivers. It’s equipped with a 200kWh battery and an L2+ intelligent driving assistance system, delivering long range, high safety, and intelligent operation.
The LANDKING X1 is a compact pure electric mini truck optimized for urban logistics. Easy to maneuver and highly energy-efficient, it’s ideal for last-mile deliveries.
The new LANDKING VAN features dual rear tires and a 2.75-ton payload, offering strong performance and low energy consumption — perfect for urban transport and distribution.
These new models integrate innovations from LANDKING’s R&D centers in Tokyo, Shanghai, Yantai, and the WEICHAI Global Research Center, representing major breakthroughs in battery, motor, and control systems — and demonstrating China’s growing influence in new energy commercial vehicles.
As one of China’s leading new energy commercial vehicle manufacturers, WEICHAI NECV is rapidly expanding its global footprint. Supported by WEICHAI Group’s network across 150+ countries and nearly 3,000 service stations, the company provides end-to-end capabilities from power systems to complete vehicles. In the first half of 2025, WEICHAI NECV’s light-truck exports increased by 41% year-on-year, already surpassing its 2024 total. Its EH and ER series are now operating in the Philippines, Ecuador, and Chile, serving as key models for green logistics in local markets.
To adapt to different regional environments, LANDKING has developed localized vehicle solutions:For the Middle East, models feature reinforced thermal management systems for extreme heat; For Southeast Asia, CIS, and the Americas, advanced anti-corrosion upgrades ensure durability in humid and saline climates; For mountainous regions, optimized power and braking systems guarantee safety and reliability on steep and winding roads.
