Shandong Heavy Industry to Showcase Full CV Solutions at IAA 2026
Shandong Heavy Industry Group will take part in IAA Transportation 2026 in Hanover from September 14 to 20, bringing together products and technologies from three of its major businesses — SINOTRUK, Weichai Power and HANDE Axle.
IAA Transportation is one of the world's leading trade shows for commercial vehicles and transport. The event brings together truck manufacturers, suppliers, logistics companies and other industry players to present new products and technologies and discuss the future of commercial transport.

At this year's show, Shandong Heavy Industry will present products spanning complete vehicles, engines, axles, batteries, electric drive systems and new energy infrastructure.
SINOTRUK will display its latest SITRAK commercial vehicles, key components and an integrated energy station combining renewable energy generation, energy storage, charging and battery swapping.
Weichai Power will present its latest technologies in engines, batteries and electric drive systems, while HANDE Axle will showcase a range of axle products for different commercial vehicle applications.
Together, the three businesses will highlight Shandong Heavy Industry's capabilities across new energy, intelligent vehicles and commercial vehicle technologies for global markets.
"Powering All, Delivering One"
Shandong Heavy Industry will use "Powering All, Delivering One" as its theme at IAA Transportation 2026.
The theme reflects the group's approach to different energy technologies, vehicle types and transport applications.
Commercial transport needs differ across markets and operating conditions. Rather than relying on a single technology, Shandong Heavy Industry offers a range of powertrain and vehicle options, including conventional fuel, hybrid, battery-electric and hydrogen technologies.
The group is also expanding its focus beyond individual vehicles and components. By bringing together complete vehicles, core components and energy infrastructure, it aims to offer customers integrated solutions for different transport applications.
Five SITRAK Models to Take Center Stage
SINOTRUK will bring five SITRAK models to Hanover, covering both battery-electric and conventional fuel-powered vehicles.
The lineup will include tractors, cargo trucks, dump trucks and light trucks designed for applications ranging from long-haul transport and urban distribution to construction operations.
All five models will feature the upgraded Xiaozhong 2.0 smart service system.
The system integrates three key functions: smart cabin interaction, intelligent control of the vehicle's three electric systems, and digital fleet management.
These technologies are designed to improve connectivity, vehicle control and fleet management while helping operators improve efficiency and safety.
Core Components and New Energy Technologies
Alongside complete vehicles, Shandong Heavy Industry will have a dedicated display area for its self-developed core components and new energy technologies.
The display will include engines, batteries, electric drive systems, controllers and axles, as well as charging and battery-swapping technologies.
Weichai Power
Weichai Power will display 18 products, including nine engines, two battery products, five battery cells and two controllers.

The lineup covers a range of technologies, including high-efficiency internal combustion engines, hybrid powertrains, hydrogen power, batteries and electric drive systems.
The display will highlight Weichai Power's ability to provide powertrain technologies for different energy and commercial vehicle applications.
HANDE Axle
HANDE Axle will showcase six axle assemblies developed for tractors, trailers, light- and medium-duty trucks and telescopic handlers.

The products cover both new energy and conventional fuel-powered vehicles.
They are designed with a focus on high torque, efficiency, low weight and extended maintenance intervals, supporting applications such as long-haul transport, trailer operations, urban distribution and special-purpose vehicles.
SINOTRUK
SINOTRUK will display four key products: a heavy-truck electric drive axle, battery pack, smart cabin and high-power charging system.
The company will also present an integrated energy station that combines renewable energy generation, energy storage, charging and battery swapping.
The system incorporates a microgrid, mobile energy supply and energy management functions, providing an integrated energy solution for new energy commercial vehicles.
Meeting Global Customers in Hanover
At IAA Transportation 2026, Shandong Heavy Industry will bring together products and technologies from SINOTRUK, Weichai Power and HANDE Axle.
SINOTRUK will focus on complete vehicles and integrated new energy technologies, Weichai Power will present its latest powertrain and electrification technologies, and HANDE Axle will showcase its latest axle products.
Through the exhibition, Shandong Heavy Industry will meet customers, partners and industry professionals from around the world and present its capabilities across the commercial vehicle value chain — from complete vehicles and core components to new energy infrastructure.
IAA Transportation 2026 will be held in Hanover, Germany, from September 14 to 20.
