Farizon V7E Named Finalist for 2027 International Van of the Year
Geely Farizon’s V7E electric van has been named a finalist for the 2027 International Van of the Year (IVOTY) award, one of the leading awards for the global van industry.
The finalists were announced in Hanover on September 14 following a multi-stage evaluation by the IVOTY jury.
The result gives Geely Farizon its second consecutive IVOTY finalist appearance. The company’s Farizon SV was named a finalist for the 2026 award, making Geely Farizon the first and only Chinese brand to reach the IVOTY final round in two consecutive years.
Designed for European urban logistics
The V7E is a third-generation global van built on Geely Farizon’s GXA digital architecture.
It offers 6.95 cubic meters of cargo space, a WLTP combined range of 328 km and a payload capacity of 1,373 kg.
The van is also designed for urban delivery operations. Its compact dimensions and tight turning radius allow it to operate in areas with height restrictions, underground parking garages and narrow streets in historic European city centers.
The V7E comes standard with more than 14 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), as well as a 360-degree surround-view camera system.

These features are designed to support the daily needs of urban delivery fleets and last-mile logistics operators.
Three Farizon models at IAA Transportation
At IAA Transportation 2026 in Hanover, Geely Farizon is showcasing three flagship models: the Homtruck, Farizon SV and V7E.
All three models comply with United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) regulations and meet European Union market requirements.
The Farizon SV and V7E have already entered commercial operation in several European markets. The Homtruck is also set to enter the European market.
Together, the three models cover a wide range of commercial vehicle applications, from heavy-duty long-haul transport to light commercial vehicles and urban delivery.
Expanding across Europe
Europe is a key market in Geely Farizon’s international expansion strategy.
This year, the company entered major European markets including Germany and France. It is also strengthening local spare-parts supply and after-sales service capabilities.
According to Geely Farizon, its new-energy commercial vehicle exports to the UK, Denmark and Portugal rank first among Chinese brands.
The company is now moving beyond vehicle exports and building a more localized operation covering its brand, sales channels, after-sales services and supporting infrastructure.
Looking ahead, Geely Farizon plans to further strengthen its global product lineup and expand its presence in Europe. The company will continue developing local partnerships and services as it works to build a long-term presence in the European commercial vehicle market.
