XCMG Completes First Major RMB-Financed Deal in the Southern African Market
XCMG has completed its first major deal in the Southern African market using RMB financing and settlement, opening up a new way to support overseas equipment sales.
Zambia is an important market for infrastructure development in Southern Africa. Road construction continues to grow rapidly, creating strong demand for reliable construction equipment that can operate with minimal downtime.
Reliable Products and Services Build Customer Trust
Good products are the first step to winning customers. XCMG offers not only quality equipment but also support throughout the equipment's service life, including product selection, operator training, spare parts supply and after-sales service.
This combination of reliable equipment and comprehensive service helped XCMG earn the customer's trust and secure the deal.

Flexible Financing Helps Close the Deal
Instead of relying only on traditional installment payment plans, XCMG introduced financing options early in the sales process and developed a solution tailored to the customer's needs.
By combining equipment with financial services, XCMG gained the customer's approval and brought the deal to completion. This approach could also serve as a model for future large projects in road construction, mining and infrastructure.
Linking Industry and Finance Improves Efficiency
The deal is also an example of XCMG's strategy to integrate its equipment business with financial services. Through its Hong Kong treasury platform, XCMG provides direct financial support to its overseas sales teams, helping connect sales, customers, trade and funding.

This approach makes purchasing easier for customers. It also allows the sales team to receive payment in full at once, reduce financing costs and speed up cash flow.
The significance of this first major RMB-financed deal goes beyond a single transaction. It establishes a business model that XCMG can explore in other overseas markets.
Going forward, XCMG will continue to strengthen the link between its equipment business and financial services. It will develop financing solutions based on the needs of individual markets and expand its “one-country, one-strategy” approach to more overseas markets, providing customers worldwide with products and solutions that better meet their needs.
