XCMG Showcases New-Energy Commercial Vehicle Solutions at IAA 2026
XCMG is showcasing a range of new-energy commercial vehicles and green transport solutions at IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026 in Hannover, Germany.
The show opened on September 15 at the Hannover Exhibition Center, bringing together commercial vehicle manufacturers, technology suppliers, logistics companies and other industry players from around the world.
XCMG is presenting new-energy vehicles for construction and logistics applications, along with solutions designed to support greener transport operations.
IAA Focuses on the Future of Transport
IAA TRANSPORTATION is a major global event for the logistics, commercial vehicle and transportation industries. It covers vehicles, components, energy, infrastructure and digital technologies.

This year's show is putting a strong focus on zero-emission transport, charging infrastructure, artificial intelligence and connected vehicles.
As new-energy commercial vehicles become more common, competition is no longer only about vehicle performance. Companies also need to address energy supply, fleet management and services throughout the vehicle's operating life.
XCMG is also moving from simply providing vehicles to offering more complete green transport solutions.
The focus is not only on building and delivering a truck, but also on helping customers operate their fleets more efficiently. XCMG is working with global partners to build a more complete system covering vehicles, energy and fleet operations.
New-Energy Vehicles for Different Applications
XCMG is developing new-energy commercial vehicles based on different countries, road conditions and transport applications.
Its technology lineup includes battery-electric, hybrid and hydrogen-powered vehicles. The company has also developed new-energy products covering light-, medium- and heavy-duty trucks.

These vehicles are designed for applications such as road logistics, port transport, mining and urban delivery.
At IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026, XCMG is displaying several new-energy commercial vehicles.
The lineup includes new-energy construction vehicles for urban development and engineering applications, as well as a new generation of new-energy heavy trucks for medium- and long-distance logistics.

By offering different products and technology options, XCMG aims to provide vehicles that match different transport needs.
The company is applying new-energy technology to more demanding operating conditions, from construction sites to long-haul logistics. Along with reducing emissions, XCMG is also focusing on vehicle uptime, operating costs and total cost over the vehicle's service life.
The company plans to bring its new-energy vehicle technology and operating experience from China to more overseas markets.
From Vehicle Exports to Full-Service Support
For overseas markets, delivering vehicles is only the first step.
XCMG is expanding its international business from vehicle exports to a broader combination of technology, services and green transport solutions.
Based on customer needs, the company is bringing together vehicle selection, charging and battery-swapping solutions, connected fleet management, spare parts supply and full-life-cycle services.

The goal is to build an operating system covering the vehicle, charging infrastructure, digital networks and services.
This approach focuses not only on delivering vehicles to overseas customers, but also on keeping them running reliably after delivery.
For after-sales support, XCMG has introduced its “1528” service commitment. It promises a response within 15 minutes, an engineer on site within two hours, and fault repairs completed within eight hours. The service is available 365 days a year.
XCMG says the service system is designed to support the long-term operation of its new-energy commercial vehicles in overseas markets.
At IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026, XCMG is therefore showcasing more than new-energy commercial vehicles. It is also presenting an integrated approach covering vehicles, energy supply, fleet management and after-sales service.
Building on its technology and operating experience in China, XCMG is expanding its products and service capabilities in overseas markets as it continues to develop its global new-energy commercial vehicle business.
