Weifang to Build World Largest Rear Wheel Product Base
www.chinatrucks.com: On November 6, 2013, a contract regarding the world’s largest production base of rear wheel products for commercial vehicles is signed in Weifang, Shandong province. It is learnt that the world’s largest commercial vehicle rear wheel product production base is a joint venture of American CAMAX and Shandong Haoxin Group based on former joint venture Weihang Haoxin CAMAX Co., Ltd.
The production base is located in Changyi, Weifang city, Shandong province. It is constructed in different phases with a registered capital of 30 million USD and the front-end investment of 90 million USD. The phase one is mainly to produce hub and brake drums with an expected business revenue of 35 million USD.
