SINOTRUK Opens First Showroom in Benghazi, Libya
SINOTRUK, together with its exclusive distributor ASEEL Group, has officially opened its first authorized showroom in Benghazi, Libya. The launch marks a new chapter in SINOTRUK’s local operations and sales network in the country.
Located on one of Benghazi’s main roads, the showroom is easy to access and features a modern industrial design. It combines vehicle displays, business consultations, and after-sales services, creating a convenient one-stop experience for customers. As Libya continues its economic recovery, the new facility is set to meet the growing demand for trucks in construction, logistics, and other key sectors.
The opening ceremony welcomed more than 200 guests, including government officials, foreign diplomats, and industry leaders. Song Yang, General Manager of SINOTRUK International, joined ASEEL Group’s chairman and local officials for the ribbon-cutting. In his remarks, Song emphasized that SINOTRUK will continue to deepen its partnership with ASEEL Group and support Libya’s economic development with dependable products and services.
The showroom’s debut also represents a significant step in the long-term collaboration between SINOTRUK and ASEEL Group. Future plans include establishing a spare parts center, a training academy, and a KD factory to further strengthen local services and contribute to Libya’s infrastructure and logistics growth.
As an active supporter of the Belt and Road Initiative, SINOTRUK’s first showroom in Libya underscores its commitment to the local market and to fostering mutual growth in the region.
