Victory Auto Launches New Production Line in Brazil to Boost Local Manufacturing
On October 2, Victory Auto officially inaugurated a new production line at the EFFA factory in Manaus, Brazil. The launch event buzzed with energy as machines roared to life. Attending the ceremony were Gao Jingshen, General Manager of Victory Auto Technology Group; Li Xin, General Manager of Beijing EasyCar; EFFA Motors Founder Effa; General Manager Aimmy; and Deputy General Manager Bruna. The new line marks a significant milestone in the partnership between Victory Auto and EFFA, opening a new chapter in China–Brazil automotive collaboration.
This new production line is an important project for Victory Auto in the Brazilian market. To ensure smooth operation, both teams made thorough preparations in advance. Under the leadership of Mr. Gao, Victory Auto made major upgrades in quality control, packaging, and CKD (completely knocked down) production. Meanwhile, the EFFA team, led by Aimmy and Bruna, worked closely on local coordination and production to align manufacturing with market demand. The new line will allow for more efficient and reliable vehicle supply for Brazilian customers.

To guarantee the success of the expansion, the two companies implemented a series of concrete measures:
Establishing a joint task force to address technical and supply chain challenges;
Building green supply channels to secure a steady flow of key components;
Streamlining production processes to boost both efficiency and quality;
Enhancing employee training to cultivate a highly skilled workforce.
These initiatives not only ensure stable operations but also deepen mutual trust and lay a strong foundation for continued cooperation.
The launch of this production line underscores Victory Auto’s strategic vision and determination to advance its overseas business. It also reflects the promising potential of China–Brazil cooperation in the automotive industry. Looking ahead, Victory Auto will continue to work closely with its Brazilian partners to strengthen local production, expand its market reach, and contribute to the sustainable development of the global automotive sector.
