JMC Showcases Pickup Range at China Cultural Week in Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia – 19 Jan. 2026/Chinatrucks.org/--From January 1 to 10, 2026, JMC showcased its pickup truck lineup at the China Cultural Week and Auto Show held at Dragon City shopping mall in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company was the only exhibitor at the event to focus exclusively on commercial pickup trucks, presenting several core models, including the Baodian, the all-new Baodian, the Dadao All-Rounder, and the Dadao Explorer.
The exhibition, combined with on-site test drive opportunities, attracted strong interest from local visitors. Many attendees engaged directly with the vehicles to learn more about their performance, design, and practical applications, reflecting growing attention to pickup trucks in the Saudi market.

JMC’s presence at the event comes amid solid export growth and a strengthening market position in Saudi Arabia. In 2025, JMC Group exported 169,900 vehicles, marking a year-on-year increase of 38.4 percent and allowing the company to achieve its three-year export growth target ahead of schedule. Among Chinese brands, JMC pickup trucks ranked first in market share in the Saudi market.

The performance has been driven not only by product competitiveness, but also by the company’s long-term focus on localized operations. Since 2022, JMC has expanded cooperation with local partners, including Al Ghabour Group, while gradually enhancing its sales channels, supply chain capabilities, and after-sales service network. These efforts have helped establish a stable and sustainable foundation for its operations in the country.

Building on this market base, JMC is increasingly shifting its focus from sales growth to longer-term brand development. At the Riyadh event, the Baodian and Dadao models were displayed in a high-traffic retail environment, allowing consumers to experience the vehicles firsthand. Feedback from visitors highlighted vehicle quality and exterior design, signaling rising acceptance of JMC’s pickup products among local users.

Saudi Arabia also plays a broader role in JMC’s global strategy. Earlier, the company held the global launch of the all-new Baodian in Dammam, underscoring the country’s importance as both a core overseas market and a platform for global brand presentation. Looking ahead, JMC plans to continue leveraging its product strengths, expand its international presence, and work with global partners to explore further opportunities in overseas markets.
