FOTON and Saudi JC Company Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement
Saudi Arabia is in a key stage of its “Vision 2030” industrial transformation. Seizing this opportunity, Foton Motor’s X Division is accelerating its expansion in the Saudi market.
On August 9, 2025, senior leaders from Foton X Division — Vice President and General Manager of the Parts Business Center Jiao Hu, Vice President Lv Qingqing, and Deputy General Manager of the Parts Business Center Zhai Luqing — welcomed the Saudi delegation led by Omar, Deputy General Manager of JC Company, along with Da Shan, General Manager of YIIKA Investment, and Yusuf, Marketing Manager.

The Saudi guests visited Foton’s full vehicle lineup, the Eco-Tech Pavilion, and the X Lab. They learned about Foton’s innovations in new energy technology, intelligent connectivity, and its global market strategy.

During the meeting, hosted by Jiao Hu, Zhai Luqing introduced Foton’s aftermarket service and parts business, as well as cooperation plans for Saudi Arabia. The JC Company team presented their strong local network — including 5 branches, 4 large warehouses, and an annual demand of over one million parts.
Based on their strengths, Lv Qingqing and Omar signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement for the AUTOMATE parts business. Both sides plan to set up parts storage and distribution systems in key cities such as Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah, enabling fast delivery across the country.

This cooperation not only improves the supply chain but also introduces a new business model. In China, Foton has built a service and ecosystem model focusing on parts and maintenance, used vehicles, and digital intelligence services. According to its strategy, the company will bring this experience to overseas markets, building a global service and ecosystem network — upgrading from “products going abroad” to “ecosystems going abroad.”
“With the launch of the AUTOMATE parts business in Saudi Arabia, our ecosystem globalization strategy has entered the fast lane,” said a Foton X Division representative. “We will continue to expand our global partner network and provide customers around the world with more efficient and smarter Foton ecosystem services.”
