Dongfeng Huashen Expands Presence in Vietnam
Dongfeng Huashen has taken further steps to strengthen its presence in Vietnam through a recent market visit focused on customer engagement, channel development, and after-sales service enhancement.
The visit focused on understanding market demand, promoting Dongfeng Huashen products, and further strengthening the company's service support network in Vietnam.
During the trip, the team held discussions with local dealers, special-purpose vehicle body builders, and service network partners to explore future cooperation opportunities and market development plans.

A joint team from Dongfeng Huashen's Overseas Collaborative After-Sales Service Department and Dongfeng Import & Export Corporation visited Hanoi and Hai Phong to conduct market research and meet with local dealers, vehicle body builders, and service partners. The visit aimed to gain a deeper understanding of market demand, promote Dongfeng Huashen products, and accelerate the development of a localized support network.
As part of the visit, the team held discussions with key dealers in Vietnam on product planning, market performance, competitiveness, and future sales opportunities. Both sides also agreed on a roadmap to strengthen integrated sales and service capabilities.

To support future growth, Dongfeng Huashen plans to provide systematic technical and service training for local dealers. The initiative is designed to enhance after-sales support and help improve customer satisfaction across the market.
The company also introduced its full range of commercial vehicle products to local special-purpose vehicle manufacturers, including sanitation trucks and hazardous materials transport vehicles. Discussions focused on product performance, lightweight design, durability, and operational efficiency, as well as compliance with local regulations and customer requirements.
Several partners expressed interest in expanding cooperation beyond existing tanker vehicle projects and exploring opportunities to jointly develop additional special-purpose vehicle solutions tailored to the Vietnamese market.

Strengthening the local service network was another key priority during the visit. Dongfeng Huashen is accelerating plans to establish service centers, spare parts centers, and training facilities in Vietnam. The network will provide customers with parts supply, technical training, and emergency support services, helping improve vehicle uptime and operational reliability.
The delegation also met with Weichai Vietnam in Hanoi to discuss product certification support, sales and service coordination, and after-sales policies. Weichai Vietnam reaffirmed its commitment to providing timely and professional engine service support and to working closely with Dongfeng Huashen to enhance product competitiveness in the local market.
According to Dongfeng Huashen, the visit provided valuable insights into customer requirements and market opportunities in Vietnam while strengthening relationships with local partners and advancing the company's service capability development.
As demand for commercial vehicles continues to grow across Southeast Asia, Dongfeng Huashen said it will continue expanding its localized operations, improving service support, and working closely with regional partners to pursue long-term growth in the Vietnamese market.
