SINOTRUK Delivers New Energy Vehicles to Huayou Cobalt’s Indonesia Project
SINOTRUK has delivered a batch of new energy vehicles to Huayou Cobalt’s Indonesia project. The handover ceremony was recently held in Jinan, Shandong Province, China.
The vehicles will support daily operations at Huayou Cobalt’s Indonesia project and provide cleaner transport for the industrial park.
Indonesia’s nickel industry is moving toward electric equipment and cleaner energy. Industrial parks are well suited to new energy heavy-duty trucks because they often have fixed transport routes, concentrated vehicle operations and high vehicle use.
The delivery marks another step in cooperation between SINOTRUK and Huayou Cobalt. It also supports SINOTRUK’s efforts to expand its overseas business and provide new energy vehicles to customers in international markets.

Huayou Cobalt said the use of new energy equipment at its Indonesia project is an important part of its efforts to promote green development and build a lower-carbon supply chain.
The delivery also reflects the growing presence of Chinese new energy commercial vehicles in overseas markets. As more vehicles enter service in Indonesia, the two companies will continue to support cleaner transport and help reduce carbon emissions in the mining and new energy industries.
