Commissioning of Jiefang heavy transmission assembly line C
(chinatrucks.com, March 26, 2010) Preparation work of heavy transmission assembly line C in Jiefang has been ready and come to commissioning stage. 10TA and 12TA commissioned successfully on assembly line C on March 16, 2010.
It is learned that line C consists of three sections, including separate section, assembly section, and commissioning section. Splitting, assembly, and testing of transmission parts can be performed on line C, which is the superior advanced assembly line of transmission at home. Line C has been equipped with test instrument of France ATEQ Company, and it can finish the gas sealing test on site and guarantee there is no leakage.
9T160, 10TA, and 12TA are the heavy transmissions with self intellectual property of Jiefang over the last two years. The advantages of optimized design, convenient operation, and low noise satisfy market demand of heavy truck.
