Sinotruk to make “KD” competitive products

(chinatrucks.com, March 31, 2010) In accordance with “easier, efficient, useful, faster” principle, and “high quality, low cost” requirement, Sinotruk aims to make “KD” competitive products meeting the requirement of overseas market.

Sinotruk is to guarantee KD resources, logistics, technology consult, quality audit, and cost check, at the same time, it will break through the previous mold, and establish the lean process in order to implement “Lean Reform”.

KD department of Sinotruk will adopt many guarantee measures to promote program implementation process of international key area. First of all, the process variation shall be synch linked to the KD export; secondly, KD components of frame shall be quickly wrapped at the earlier stage; thirdly, KD process verification of new mold can be operated with order processing at the same time; Lastly, all the staff in KD department shall be trained with English and French to raise communication ability. 

Sinotruk shall set up KD program responsibility system, and optimize export process. KD increased index shall be established on the basis of systemization of KD service efficiency and marketing profits data.

KD dept of Sinotruk shall strengthen the administration business of “image orientation, wrapping process, quality audit, service consult, and technology support” in compliance with the schedule requirement of cooperative program between Sinotruk and German MAN.
