Dongfeng commercial vehicle business is increasing
(chinatrucks.com, August 30, 2010) It is disclosed that commercial vehicle revenue of Dongfeng is 1,876,900,000 Euros, and it has increased 121.3% by same time of last year 848,200,000 Euros.
Sales volume of truck is 268,600, and the market share is reached 12.88%. Dongfeng has pointed that Dongfeng Kinland and new generation medium truck Dongfeng Kinrun have displayed a very good performance. Sales volumes of the two vehicles are respectively 50,600 and 15,900 at the first half of the year. They have increased 2.3 times and 3.6 times by same time last year, and they have surpassed the overall sales volume of last year.
Commercial vehicle, commercial vehicle engine, parts and components businesses of Dongfeng are mainly produced in Dongfeng group and AV company Dongfeng Auto Company Limited. Dongfeng has produced 38 commercial vehicles at the first half of the year. The annual capacity of Dongfeng commercial vehicle is 402,000, and annual capacity of Dongfeng engine is 240,000.
