Foton to invest 5 million Euros to set up R＆D center in German
(chinatrucks.com, Sep 6, 2010) It is disclosed by Foton on Sep 2nd 2010 that Foton is to invest 5 million Euros to set up Auto Science Engineering Company in German, and it is mainly responsible for the R＆D of battery, electronic control system, and the like.
The announcement reveals that the company name shall be in accordance with the audited name approved by related departments of German. The mode of the company is the company limited, wholly owned by one person.
The establishment of R＆D center in German could not only take advantage of local resources to improve self R＆D capacity, but also speed up the process of R＆D capacity of the company and connect world updated auto technology. It could also store R＆D technology staff for the company, and is useful for the development of the company.
