Dongfeng to establish auto city in Shiyan

(chinatrucks.com, Sep 8, 2010) It is learned by reporter from Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle that Dongfeng Company and Shiyan city will cooperate to make Shiyan to be the parts and components production base with millions of completely vehicles and key power assemblies with most influence.

Dongfeng Auto Company will speed up the establishment of six industrious parks, including CV of Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle, Dongfeng Yu’an, Dongfeng Shiye, and develop medium and heavy truck, special commercial vehicle, new energy auto development, and realize the coverage of “heavy, medium and light truck” of Shiyan commercial vehicle.     

Shiyan will serve better at land, tax, and logistics according to Dongfeng development requirements. It aims to make Shiyan to be the medium and heavy commercial vehicle production base with most popularity in China, and it also the production base of mini truck, special vehicle, auto parts and components as well as auto equipment.
