Sinotruk Jinan special vehicle company initiates quality training

Jinan special vehicle company of Sinotruk has initiated quality training at the moment. The company has established quality training plan and contents satisfying with different demands in accordance with the development demands of the enterprise. The training contents include quality awareness, quality standard check, and overall quality management, and the training will conduct in the way of stage plan, department guideline, and level division. 

The training activity is to make sure the workers have good quality awareness and qualified technique, and to promote enterprise lean management. Quality is the life for enterprise, and it is also the key arm for enterprise to achieve accomplishments. The center contents are the way to set up correct quality awareness and the satisfied customers’ products. Nonconforming products are not receiving, and the quality workers shall check the nonconforming products and raw material releasing from the last process during the production phase.

Once the nonconforming products or material are founded, the workers shall submit the issues to department director or quality personnel. The nonconforming articles shall be check by director or quality personnel, and once they are qualified, the products shall be produced.
