Foton to cooperate with Sichuan Tengzhong heavy duty machinery

(chinatrucks.com, Oct 22, 2010) It is disclosed by Foton Auto on Oct 20th, 2010 that Foton is to sign the agreement of “Strategic Cooperation Agreement” with Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Duty Machinery Company Limited on Oct 19th, 2010.
The publication express said, the business scope of new company is special vehicle, and the production and manufacturing and sales of special purpose vehicle.
The shares of Foton Auto are taken 25%, and Foton Auto has given assets with 1 million Euros and invisible assets of 1 million Euros.
