Dongfeng Kingland and Dongfeng Kingrun are the fist products
(chinatrucks.com, Nov 26, 2010) Sales volumes of Dongfeng medium and heavy trucks from Jan to Oct are 213,500, which has surpassed 200,000 at the first time, and has increased more than 70% by same time. The increase rate is higher than the average level of the industry. Sales volumes of Dongfeng Kingland and Dongfeng Kingrun are growing greatly because of the good market performance. Sales volumes of Dongfeng Kingland and Dongfeng Titan are 74604 in the first three quarters. Sales volumes of Dongfeng Kingrun are 24409.
Dongfeng Kingland is the new updated products of Dongfeng medium truck. In terms of satisfying emission regulation and configuration and performance of completely vehicle, Dongfeng Kingland has been progressed greatly. The CV equipped with Dongfeng self brand dCi11 engine sells quite well since 2010. Sales volumes of dCi11 engine from Jan to Sep are over 12,000.
Dongfeng Kingrun
At the same time, Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle has started to establish a new heavy truck plant in May in order to settle the problem of insufficient capacities. The overall plan of the new plant is 80,000 capacities, and the 40,000 capacities of the first stage will be put into production in June of 2011. The new plant will mainly produce Dongfeng Kingland series heavy truck, and the R&D technology will also be improved greatly. The new vehicle will be developed based on Dongfeng Kingland.
