Assets operation is the key factor for Sinotruk development
(chinatrucks.com, Dec 3, 2010) Sinotruk (Hongkong) Company Limited has signed the cooperation agreement with Chengdu Wangpai Group on August 23rd, 2010. Sinotruk has also signed the agreement with Fujian Yong;an Auto Company on Sep 8th, 2010. Sinotruk has signed the assets transfer agreement with Shanghai Huizhong Auto Manufacturer Company on Sep 11th, 2010. The assets operation of Sinotruk will be speeded up further at the second half of 2010.
Production and sales volumes of Sinotruk heavy truck have surpassed 160,000 from Jan to Oct in 2010, which has surpassed the annual production and sales volumes of 125,000 in 2009. The technology advantages and products advantages have been set up in national heavy truck industry. Sinotruk will consider how to speed up development and expand the market.
Sinotruk is to develop medium truck, light truck, large bus and engineering machinery vehicles besides the development of heavy truck. The operation range of Sinotruk has covered heavy truck, medium truck, light truck, bus, auto finance, and real estate industry, etc.
