Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Company Develops Hybrid Truck

www.chinatrucks.com: Hybrid technology is widely used on passenger cars but it is not so mature to be used in medium and heavy trucks. There are just Dongfeng, FAW Jiefang and Shaanxi Auto mastering some key technology on new energy vehicles.
Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Company developed a environmental friendly hybrid truck recently. The fuel-electricity hybrid truck is equipped with Dongfeng diesel engine with national Ⅲ emission standards. Emission reduction of the truck raised by 30%, and fuel consumption is increased by 25%.
