Foton Auman Digital Plant to Produce High-end Products
www.chinatrucks.com: Wangqi is a boss in a small logistics company, and he found recently that Foton Auman new trucks have better craftsmanship especially brighter finish paint. He was invited to visit Foton Auman plant.
The highest 5M painting is used on coating and spraying paint process, 5M painting is almost like painting used on sedans with better glossiness, thickness and reflecting ability. Auman GTL plant uses Ingersoll-Rand screwing facilities.
And there are four world devices and eight ones only adopted here in China, like PVC prime coating robot flame plating system, marching type principal line sending system, Fiji welding fixture, production quantity control system, and SOENEN three dimension numerical control punching equipment and 6000-ton pressing production line etc.
