850,000 heavy trucks to be sold in 2011
www.chinatrucks.com: Production and sales of heavy trucks increased by 60% last year, but this year the sales were rather bad.
The overloading transport on the highway is started to be addressed on July 1, together with high bridge tolls, many customers prefer fuel-consumptive trucks.
According to reports by Goldman Sachs, sales of heavy trucks are going to increase in the fourth quarter, and sales volumes of heavy trucks will ammount to 850,000 units ,down 12.4%.
And many heavy truck makers started to promote sales of heavy trucks, Sinotruk, FAW, Shaanxi Auto, Foton Auman, Beiben and SIH etc. truck makers are setting sales promotion in some areas.
