Profits of Foton Motors down 30% in 2011

www.chinatrucks.com: Foton Motors released their sales reports recently, sales revenues and net profits decreased by 29.99% in 2011, and the figure is 1.15 billion Yuan.
This can be attributed to sluggish world economy, higher oil price and withdrawal of auto sales promotion policies.
Over 640,000 Foton vehicles were sold in 2011, down 6.2%, and sales of light trucks and light buses decreased. Sales of light trucks decreased by 7.7%, and the sales volumes still ranked the first in China, and its market shares are about 20.9%.
