Foton Daimler cooperates to make the biggest commercial vehicle program

www.chinatrucks.com: Beijing Foton Daimler Auto Company was set in Beijing on Feb. 18, after nine years preliminary cooperation, and this is the biggest commercial vehicle program in China.

Daimler is the largest truck maker in the world to produce high-end trucks and engines and they won marketing networks all over the world. Foton is the largest commercial vehicle in China in terms of sales. And both parts will cooperate with their respective advantages.

Both parts will invest 6.35 billion Yuan by 50:50, and they will produce Foton Auman medium and heavy trucks and Mecedez-Benz OM457 490 hp heavy engine with Euro V emission.

And they will also build joint-ventures in Russia, South Asia and Latin America.
