China trucks hot sales in overseas markets

www.chinatrucks.com: Sales of heavy trucks decreased by 30% till now, and 157,000 China trucks have been exported, up 15.5%, and the sales revenues were 2 billion Yuan, up 35.9%.
Although sales of Sinotruk decreased by 30%, 18,000 Sinotruk trucks have been ordered by 96 countries. Sales of Dongfeng and Shaanxi Auto are keeping robust in China, and sales of Shaanxi Auto ranked the first, and their exports increased by 10%.
At the same time, Jiefang, North Benz, Foton, CAMC and JAC perform rather well in overseas markets. In Jan. the first batch of Jiefang J6 heavy trucks were shipped to Iran from Dalian Port, and FAW Jiefang will explore Middle East areas based on Iran. In April, 97 North Benz engineering vehicles were exported to Bolivia, and the vehicles were adjusted on the 3,000m high plateau. CAMC exports over 1,000 trucks to Southeast Asia, Middle East and North Africa. CAMC passed Thailand TISI certificate in March. Net profits of Foton increased by 200% in the first half year, and prices for JAC commercial vehicles are 25-75% higher than their product price in China.
