According to person in charge of Yimin market in Lanzhou, the 2008 financial crisis has not rendered such a serious impact on the market. From April 2011 till now, it is not abnormal being out of business for a whole day.
Comparatively speaking, Dongfeng commercial vehicle gives the best performance in the local market. However, according to Miao Yongfeng, vice team leader of supervisor team for Gansu, Qinghai and Ningxia region of Dongfeng commercial vehicle, the figure could be more satisfying. With Miao as a representative, the marketing “special force” of Dongfeng commercial vehicle sticks fully to the market for expansion. As Miao put it “All we want is to analyze and subdivide the market for opportunities and to grasp any opportunity in the market.”
Currently, actions to complement the market have been conducted. In terms of commodity, new heavy industrial trucks will be introduced. In terms of market, the management of relationship with clients will be further strengthened and promoted. With the overlap and crossover of commodity and market, a breakthrough will be made in the weak market and key regions.
