Sales of Dongfeng Medium and Heavy Trucks Reaching 150,000
www.chinatrucks.com. Sales of medium and heavy trucks of Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle reached 12,000, adding the total sales to 150,000 from Jan. to Oct.
As experts said, the medium and heavy truck market has come to the adjustment period, in the next 5 years and even longer, the market will not grow in such a high speed with 1.2 million units sales, decline will probably be seen in a short period. 8,000 heavy trucks were sold in Oct. and the total sales in the first 10 months reached 105,000. The medium truck market was barely influenced by macro economy, plus Dongfeng’s traditional advantage in this market, sales exceeded 4,000 in Oct., a 17.4% growth over Sep.; the total sales during the first 10 months exceeded 470,000 and the leading position was maintained.
