Foton Sales up 70 percent in Jan. 2013
www.chinatrucks.com: Foton's sales report for Jan. 2013 was released on Feb. 18th. Foton did a great job in both its production and sales. Among the production and sales data, 48,000 units of vehicles were sold, up 71.1 percent over Jan. 2012. The production volumes were 57,000 units, up 56.9 percent over Jan. 2012. Among the product sales, the sales of medium and heavy trucks increased a lot, which were 154 percent.

In 2012, China truck market was in depressed situation. With the New Year 2013 coming, the truck market picks up now. Most heavy truck makers show their good production and sales performance in Jan. 2013. Foton is just one of them.
