Foton Successfully Develops the LNG Dump Truck

www.chinatrucks.com: With more and more vehicles in the market, the air pollution and the energy sources are now the big problems worrying the public. So the LNG new energy vehicles’ development is supported by the government and the public.

 
Recently, the engineering vehicle department of Beiqi Foton successfully developed their New LNG truck, which is a 7.2 meter-long and 8X4 light weight load capacity dump truck product.

This time, Foton focuses on LNG engineering vehicles mainly for solving what the end users’ concerning about the cost of the trucks. Comparing to the diesel trucks, it shows obvious high oil saving performance, which could save 30 percent oil consumption.

After market research since 2011 in Shanxi Province, Shaanxi Province and Xinjiang etc., Foton finally started to make the LNG truck development as a project in August 2012. And now it is successfully off production line.
