JMC Heavy Duty Vehicle Co., Ltd Officially Set up in Taiyuan
www.chinatrucks.com: Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd. announced on August 8th 2012 that the board of directors had acquired a 100% stake in Taiyuan Chang’an Heavy Vehicle Co., Ltd. at the price of CNY 270 million. The stake has been jointly held by China South Industries Group Corporation and Chang’an Automobile Group Co., Ltd.
The Opening Ceremony
On Feb. 22nd 2012, the opening ceremony of the reconstruction company JMC Heavy Duty Vehicle Co., Ltd was grandly held in Taiyuan base. The related leaders from Foto Auto Company and Jiangling Motor attended the ceremony.
Taiyuan City attaches great importance to the project of the JMC Heavy Duty Vehicle Co., Ltd. JMC is one of the biggest commercial vehicle manufacuturers. And Foton is the relative dominant stockholder for Jiangling Motor. So the project of JMC Heavy Duty Vehicle Co., Ltd means very importance for both companies.
