WXDEW Sees 147% Growth in Production and Sales
www.chinatrucks.com: From Jan. to Jul., FAW Jiefang Automotive Co. Ltd. Wuxi Diesel Engine Works (WXDEW) sees a year-on-year growth rate of 147% in terms of production and sales. It pioneers the reproduction of electronic fuel injector of engines in China teaming up with Bosch.
It is said that WXDEW teaming up with Bosch reproduces electric fuel injector and more than 13,000 units have been put into the market.
The electronic fuel system is a core part of electronic engine, accounting for 20% of the whole engine price. With the increase of complete vehicles, the electronic fuel injectors returned from the market are also on a rise. In actual use, the failure mode of each electronic fuel injector is different. Due to the testament measure in early stage, erroneous judgment always happens. However, with professional reproducing tests, the failure mode can be accurate. Plus professional reproducing technology, electronic fuel injector’s function can be restored.
According to statistics, from May of 2011, WXDEW have accumulated to reproduce 13,000 electronic fuel injectors and put them into market. It is said it will join hands with Bosch to conduction reproduction of ECU, electronic pump, high-pressure rail and other parts to lower down costs of repair and maintenance.
