Foton: 11,181 HD and MD Trucks Sold in September

www.chinatrucks.com: Foton releases its production and sales data in an announcement released on Oct. 14, 2013.

With respect to sales: in Sep., 55,204 units of vehicles are sold, up by 12.95% year on year; the sales of medium and heavy trucks (including non-complete vehicles) grow by 42.27% over last year to 11,181 units; sales of light trucks (including micro trucks) reach 40,430 units, light buses 2,325 units, large and medium buses (including non-complete buses) 603 units. The sales of engine grow by 29.27% over last year to 15,495 units, including 6,875 units of Ollin engines and 8,620 Foton Cummins engines.

Production: in Sep., the production of vehicles grows by 17.19% over last year to 56,869 units; the production of engines grows by 18.88% over last year to 15,346 units.
